Browsing Help (steps)
Step 1: choose which letter (a-z) you want to view
Step 2: click on your letter choice (a-z)
Step 3: choose black & white or color photos
Step 4: select the option you like best & drag it to the lower window (alternatively, you may click the letter to view a larger version and add it the lower window)
Step 5: repeat with the different letters of your word or name
Step 6: once satisfied with selections, click the 'add to cart' button
Security Questions
is my credit card information secure........................we try hard to protect the data we receive. therefore, we've opted to process credit cards through our bank's secure site. your information will be gathered and processed there, with only your order information being forwarded to us.
Special Order Questions
do you accept special requests........................we sure do! we've framed vertically, included family pictures, done shoots on location.....just contact us and we'll help you out.
Additional Problems
how do i delete a single picture.............click 'remove' underneath the picture
how do i delete my entire selection and start again............click the 'remove all' button
